Unfortunately, any personalised stationery cannot be returned to us. However, an image of the design and a proof of wording will be sent to you prior to completion of your order. If you are not fully satisfied with the design or wording, you can tell us before we complete and deliver your order.
All orders are subject to strict quality checks before being completed and delivered.
We will attempt to refund any non-personlised items which you are not completely satisfied with when you return them to us in saleable condition within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Note that costs for postage and custom additions which may affect the resale of the item cannot be refunded.
