Our website is only one of many ways for you to place your order.

We cannot possibly bring all of our styles, colours and special trimmings to our website. To make things easier, we have grouped our stationery by category (such as invitations, save the date cards, orders of service, etc) and colour. Each product page has a series of images to show you the various finishing techniques which we can use (including the colours, fonts, ribbon, etc).

Before you add an item to your basket, you should select your desired options such as the colour, ribbon, and font using the menus on the product page. If you do not want one of the options, then just select ‘No Thanks’. You can view colours using the colour chart image, and fonts using the font chart on each product page.

When you checkout online, we have provided you with an ‘Additional Notes’ field for you to enter custom requests such as fonts, ribbon type, colour combinations, etc. However, if unsure, we would suggest you contact us before placing your order. We will always contact you if you have not got in touch first, once you have placed your order. This is so that we can get all information needed to build your stationery, such as event details, guest names, and further custom design choices.

Are your details safe with us?

• We do not store your payment card details
• We use Paypal’s secure online payment system to collect payments
• Your personal card details are securely held by Paypal and at no stage will your card details ever be stored by us

When you checkout, you have the option of paying immediately though our secure Paypal checkout or using your credit or debit card. Alternatively, if you want to speak to us between placing your order and paying, then you can select to transfer money between your bank account and ours. If you select this option, you will be provided with our bank details, and the reference number you need to use, after you have checked out.
