To track the status of your order, you should login to our website and use our order tracking system in the Customer Area.
It is not mandatory for you to create an account in order to checkout. However, by creating an account with MooRoo, you can access the special features such as our Order Tracker, and so we highly recommend registration. You can register before or after you checkout.
After successfully checking out, you will be sent an order confirmation email with a unique tracking ID. If you register and then login to our Customer Area, you can enter this ID into our Order Tracker and you will get an instant update about the staus of your order (for example ‘in progress’, ‘shipped’, or ‘completed’).
If you do not have your login details or if you feel that the order tracking status is incorrect, then please use the form on our Contact page to tell us and be sure to include your order number. Alternatively, call us and we will update you over the phone.
Where possible, we will also try to send you a tracking number for the courier who will be delivering your order. This will enable you to use their tracking services either through their website or via telephone.
